A. Nothing. Our costs are covered by the networks, we act independently, securing the best tariffs and offering you free unbiased advice. The networks are happy with this arrangement as it reduces the need for them to have a large team of sales people out there in the market place.
Q. If I switch network and supplier will we have to have new numbers?
A. No, Direct Telecoms can move your existing mobile numbers to whoever is your new provider, so no need to change stationery and cause disruption to your business.
Q. What happens if my mobile is lost or stolen?
A. Call us immediately. Direct Telecoms takes care of every aspect of your account, we contact the network and resolve the issue for you. We even have an out of hours service to help you 24/7.
Q. How often can i expect a review of my account and billing.
A. Your Direct Telecoms team will be performing a quarterly analysis (sometimes monthly for large accounts) of your bill to ensure you are benefiting from the best tariffs, but also report back to you the usage, costing and any recommendations we see that could improve your service and lower your costs.
Q We only have 5 mobiles in our business, are we too small for Direct Telecoms to help us?
