One of our customers enjoyed a monthly bill analysis service from us but sometimes found trawling through all the data a bit laborious, especially when there are no problems or queries to deal with. So, they asked if there is any way to have some summary info in an easy to read format regarding the top users every month and so the ‘Snapshot’ is born.
That was 4 years ago, and Snapshot has since been rolled out to all our existing customers and received a rapturous reception. We have developed Snapshot Lite for our smaller customers but maintain our vigilance on all customer bills to ensure we help them maximise the service and minimise the cost.
